Our Staff – Hygiene and sanitization of all our staff is of utmost importance. Happy and healthy staff allows us to do our best to serve you. we will be doing distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) kits to staff, such as masks, protective screen, gloves, sanitizers, according to specific job requirements. Clear and visible signs on proper use and disposal. Regular disinfection of workspace, high-touch surfaces and increased sanitization of staff accommodation.
Public Spaces – Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff and recommended cleaning agents.
Hand Sanitizer – Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desk and our elevator banks.
Guest Rooms – In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use. Number of decorative items in the units, such as cushions and bed runners, is being reviewed.
Housekeeping – Increased disinfection and cleaning frequencies, especially for all high touch public areas and frequently touched guest room areas and items. Antimicrobial coatings and effective disinfecting technology will be applied in the lifts where possible to enhance safety. Regular review of quality and standards for third party vendors and cleaning chemicals approved by the local authorities for disinfection and sanitization. All linen is washed and treated at high temperatures.
New Cleaning Technologies – We are rolling out enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel. We are also testing ultraviolent light technology for sanitizing guest keys and devices shared by associates.
Food and Beverage – Physical distancing between guests will be arranged in all restaurants and bars. All kitchen, service and stewarding team members are to wear protective gear including face masks and disposable gloves, if deemed necessary by World Health Organization. Comprehensive awareness training program on hygiene procedures to ensure all team members are empowered to deliver the enhanced health and safety program with confidence. In-room dining and minibar procedures are updated to avoid human to human contact.
